Garlands Barn
Garlands barn is a contemporary event space and venue with beautiful views of the Ridgeway and the Oxfordshire countryside.
Brief: Create a video which encompasses the core brand values of Garlands Barn. It's a modern & contemporary building, an urban space in the countryside. Design wise highlight the clean lines and lots of light, as well as the stunning uninterrupted views of the Ridgeway.
What We Did
A key aspect of showing a venue is to highlight its special attributes. Design wise, this venue is about marrying an urban feel with a countryside setting. This meant we knew it had to be captured on a sunny day since the light is a huge element of what makes this space unique with its huge windows and high-ceilinged event space.
As with any venue that is this beautiful, it was important to use a mixture of wide-angle lenses to show it off in all its glory as well as using tighter shots to show off the amazing details. This space is, of course, meant to be used so it was also important to have a sequence in the video showing an event taking place.
